Directions: Heat the jar of Black Mud in a pot of hot water or in the microwave for 1-2 minutes on a medium setting (open jar before heating).Make sure the Mud is not too hot before spreading to the affected area. Apply an ample layer of mineral-rich Black Mud to the body. Do not apply to face! Leave for 10-15 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with warm water.
