At Beauty-Mineral  you can return the product for any reason, for 180 days from the date that you purchased one of our products directly from our company. If you don't like it, just return it to us.At Beauty-Mineral if you're not satisfied, we're not Satisfied . It really is that simple!

How to return an item

Returning a product is easy, For international customers we do ask that you pay for the return shipping

  1. Fill in a return form online After you submit your form, we'll email you with instructions to print your own return label.
  2. Package your return securely Include as much original packaging as possible. Remember to clean the product before you pack it
  3. Post the item to us Items don't need to be returned via recorded post, but we recommend to ship it registered mail in order for us to be able to track the package.Your returned product will be processed and a replacement or refund for the product will be arranged, within 14 days, but normally within seven days of us receiving your returned item.

Returning Items For International Customers

For international customers we do ask that you pay for returned shipping, but if your product was faulty, we'll reimburse your postage costs along with your refund, or when we send you a replacement item.

Returning Special Offer/Promotion product?

If you have a purchased or received a product as a part of a promotion and you are not pleased, we will be happy to send a replacement.

If you wish to have a refund, you will need to return all your Special Offer items or pay for the outstanding item.

If you wish to keep the item that was received free, we can deduct the cost of it from your refund
